All PARKVISION products come with 18 months warranty from the day of purchase on our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a replacement or refund. 

Shipping Policies
Free Shipping on Most Products. We are always optimizing the shipping process to decrease the time needed for customers to receive their orders. 
• Shipped from China: Some of the products are directly shipped from China via standard USPS (E-Packet) services with tracking number provided. In this part, every item will be shipped within 1 business day on payment received, and generally arrive in USA within 7-12 business days. Free Famous Express ( like UPS, FedEx, DHL) will be used once order quantity is up to 25pcs with tracking number in 3-7 working days arrived.
* For all items shipped from China, we will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
